Bert has helped us secure several properties in competitive markets. He was able to advise us to get accepted our offers where other buyers were competing. In general, I do not see the value of realtors and find the whole idea of using realtors expensive and cumbersome. Bert has changed my opinion! He has proven his worth over and over again. The main reason we keep doing business in Anacortes (we had done 6 deals with Bert), is due to Bert being the best realtor we have ever worked with! His professionalism, experience and market knowledge has been spot on and helped us immensely! Bert is the guy you want on your side during these anxiety producing buys/sells.

Bert was extremely helpful in the sale of our home often going above and beyond as we became out of state sellers, with everything from checking on the property to showing up to maintenance appointments Bert was there to lend a hand! Excellent experience!

Bert had intuition, years of experience, and strategy to back up his approach to the sale of our home. He knows how to get the job done! Thanks Bert!

We've bought and sold over a dozen homes (including many rental properties) over the last 50 years and Bert has to rank as the top realtor of them all. The marketing materials created were compelling and attracted a great offer within a month. We couldn't have been more pleased with Bert's attention to detail and guidance. Thank you, Mr. Clay.

Bert was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about Anacortes real estate. We are glad we purchased our new home using Bert Clay.
