My husband and I wanted to express our gratitude for having Bernie Kozak as our Realtor. With the help and advice of Bernie, we listed our house on March 7th and went into escrow on March 17th. Bernie was there every day and multiple times a day supporting us every step of the way from prep to sell, to listing price, to holding our hands through the process, to showing the house and recommendation of which of the multiple offers to accept (offer was over list price). BERNIE MADE SURE EVERY i WAS DOTTED AND t WAS CROSSED. We closed in 30 days without a single issue or delay. He is the best. This is my 5th transaction with Bernie. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that there isn't a single real estate agent out there that is more committed to deliver the results we wanted and needed. You will not find anyone that will work harder for you that Bernie.
