I honestly don't know where to start. This is the 4th home I've bought and I've had terrible experience ls with the first 3. I've been dreading buying another house because I really didn't want to repeat the previous experiences. But, from beginning to end, Bernie changed my mind and my experience. I'm not great at navigating this process. Bernie is there for me as a resource even now, more than a month after close. He helped me find the best people I needed from inspections (a lot of them), to contractors (multiple) and a wonderful team that took me through close. Because of my ignorance of this process in general, I needed a lot of hand holding and he never once made me feel like I was a burden. He's been kind, compassionate, assertive on my behalf, and patient and I couldn't be more grateful for him. Hopefully, I'll never have to buy another home, as he helped me get my one in a million dream house, but if I do, i wouldn't trust anyone else to help me through that process. He's raised my expectations of realtors and is an expert in his field.

Bernie made things extremely easy for a slightly complicated sale of my mother's property after her passing. I had never sold a house before, and was doing so from another state. Bernie was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and extremely supportive during a difficult time. Everything went extremely smoothly with his helpful guidance. We had alot of us and downs in the "process" but Bernie was amazing and patient. We just moved from Michigan, bought a business, and sold our house quickly so there was alot of emotions involved. He guided us with a caring demeanor and made the house buying process in a turbulent market seem like fun!!
