Bernice Maez

I met Bernice in 2006 when I was transferred to Texas with the company I was working for. She was recommended to me by a friend. She asked what we were looking for house wise and location preferences. I had no knowledge of Texas real estate but told her that my job was volatile and that whatever we bought would have to high resale value. She took me to a brand new subdivision in Frisco TX and said this would be a very good investment and would grow with time. We sold it 18 years later for almost 3 times what we paid. It was Bernice's foresight and keen awareness that allowed that to happen. She assisted us in every phase of our move to Michigan as well. We cannot thank you enough for everything.
