Since I live quite a distance from the property I was selling, it was a relief to be able to entrust everything to my real estate professional. Bernice did an awesome job of ensuring all repairs were made and painting completed to her high standards. She created a very impressive listing too - made the property look most desirable. Bernice kept me updated throughout the escrow process and did a fantastic job of negotiating with the buyers! I would highly recommend Bernice as a real estate professional to any homeowner thinking of buying or selling.
