I am a licensed realtor in the state of Utah and I’ve worked in real estate for 18 years and I still chose to work with Bernard on the purchase of a short-term rental property in Kissimmee. Honestly, the main reason he landed the job was because he actually picks up a phone, returns, text and phone calls, and shows up for appointments! You’d be surprised how many agents in this area can’t even do that. Once we got to know Bernard and he showed us a few properties, we really appreciated his experience and insight in the short term rental and vacation market here in the area. He had knowledge of the different communities and what amenities and Customer experiences people had in each of them. Florida Real Estate is a little different than other areas and we appreciated his professional guidance and experience through the process. I will be referring friends I have who are also considering a property purchase in the area to Bernard as well. I highly recommend!
