Bernie is an amazing man! We look through over 5-7 homes he sat with me and gave me a thorough walk through as well as my best interest in as investment perspective. Finally talking and making a decision as a team we made an offer. 30-45 days later I bought my property. All help due to Bernie. Thank you brother.

Worked with Bernie a couple of times on short term rental homes purchase two over a 4 year span and selling both. Our last property was listed and sold in less than a week for top dollar. Bernie was always very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of the market regarding short term rental homes. We highly recommend Bernie and will use him again if we are in the market to purchase property in the Greater Orlando Florida area.

Highly recommended, good communication throughout and very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. As a resident of the UK , it was important we had good communication and more importantly trusted him in due process. I had personally me Bernard in 2017 and was impressed when he was showing another property, I kept his details and used him successfully in the sale of our property.
Bernard was very impressive with great local knowledge, was always available for discussion and to offer advice. He worked with us every step of the way to final sale and closure. I would be very happy to recommend him to friends as a buying or selling agent. Greg Whelan
