We used Bernard Aaron for both the sale and the purchase of our new home. He’s very informative on the current market, patient, helpful and really seemed to work for us. He had great ideas on how to get our home 'show ready’ and I felt like he really put an extra foot forward in the sale our home. When purchasing our new home, he was able to negotiate with the buyers of our current home to allow us to stay in the home until we were able to close on our new home, which was extremely helpful to say the least.
