Bernadette Pomar was incredible. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She was also patient and helpful every step of the way. She answered all of our questions and did a great job of making a complex process much simpler. One of the things we appreciated most was how communicative she was. She was very responsive and employed every available method at her disposal to keep in touch with us. She even kept in touch while she was on vacation which we totally thought was going above and beyond. She definitely made us feel as though our satisfaction was her top priority.
