Bernadette did a very thorough job of preparing us and our home for listing, including helping us stage the home, plus having other real estate agents tour the home and give feedback to ensure that the listing price was right for the market. It was a very challenging market and we had to make many adjustments along the way. Bernadette's perseverance and creativity were evident and we felt she went above and beyond. She was always very professional and communication well/thoroughly at all times. I would highly recommend her!
