My experience with Bernadette as the realtor was great I had issues with the seller, but Bernadette came around and got me what I asked for when the seller took stuff that they weren’t supposed to because it was supposed to be fully furnished and bottom line is Bernadette stepped up to the plate and I got money back for stuff he took. I love that I would recommend Bernadette to anyone.

Bernadette was a pleasure to work with during our recent purchase of a Vero Beach home. She was very professional and supportive. Bernadette is a very knowledgeable, courteous, and down-to-earth realtor who was not recommended to us by anyone, she incidentally responded to an online inquiry, and she provided an excellent, informed, and professional home buying experience from the beginning of the process and continues to, even well after closing. Our experience began with us meeting Bernadette at a home showing where she met with us and took us through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the real estate market in Indian River County. Based on our budget, likes, and dislikes, she provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our price range. To start, we spent several days and weeks looking in different neighborhoods we selected as well as some recommended by her. After each home viewing, Bernadette spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different properties we saw in each development.
