Bernadete was great to work with. We explained what we wanted and sent her a few Zillow listings ahead of time. We flew down to Florida and she spent about an hour interviewing us to get a better handle on what we were looking for. 2 days later we made an offer that was accepted, and from that point on she took control of everything. It was a very easy transaction. She is very good at what she does and has excellent follow up skills

Bernadete instinctively knew what we were looking for and found us the perfect (albeit quirky) house in Florida. Because we were in New York she acted independently and worked diligently to find us things worth flying south for. She kept in constant contact by phone, text and e-mail. We love our new house and now even are considering making it a permanent, full-time move
