As a first time home buyer, I came into this process knowing almost nothing about how it all works and Berit was very patient with me and explained all of the steps, in detail. She gave me good advice, was prompt in her communication, and worked seamlessly with my finance guy even though she had not worked with him previously. Her efforts made my first home buying experience fairly painless and nearly stress free, which was a great surprise for me!
