Where do I even begin? Christy Bergen is simply put--the best
Where do I even begin? Christy Bergen is simply put--the best. She helped both my mother and myself secure homes and close on them both within a month of each other. Both of us had tight budgets, my mother being on a fixed income, and myself being a single woman providing everything entirely on my own. Christy does not hesitate to share her professional opinions, her ideas--and does not back down from a fight to get you into the home you want and need. I don't think I have ever encountered a more on-point and responsive professional from ANY field. There is absolutely no comparing her to any other realtors. She sets the bar, end of story. Not only did she successfully get myself and my mom into homes, but she had the patience and know-how to work with us within the confines of our budgets, situations, and personalities. She does not dilly-dally when it comes to showings, and trust me when I say this wonder woman will put miles on her car for you. She even helped us with USDA repairs we had to do for my mom's home; showed up in work clothes and donned gloves and safety glasses for us. Spicy, fashionable, tenacious, understanding, honest and wicked resourceful--Christy is the total package when it comes to a realtor. This is who you want to be working with. I never dreamed in a million years I would have the keys to my own home right now, but I have a safe haven to finally call my own thanks to her. She isn't just a suit and tie--she's an honest hardworking human who understands her clients are also human, and during this day and age where many commissioned individuals are out to make a quick buck, she will not undermine or play you. We have laughed, we have cried. She knows your time is valuable, and is always earnest and genuinely caring in her efforts to push through any roadblocks that may arise during the process. I am overjoyed I was able to work with such a fine realtor, but more so I am proud to call her a friend. Trust the process? Nah, trust in Christy.
