She was helping me with a short sale and it was taking forever. I kept getting hit with rate locks and right when we were getting ready to close on the house I needed another extension she offered to pay for it which she didn't have to do. She's very caring,professional and I could contact her at any hours of the day besides the short sale taking forever working with her was a pleasure

She is very professional, knowledgeable and very patient. She sat my mind at ease Everytime I was stressing about something. My fiancé and I's experience with Berenice was amazing! She stayed with us the whole way from finding the perfect home to the signing papers. She made sure that we had everything we need.
