We worked with Bent in moving from Connecticut to Florida. At the beginning he provided us with pertinent info for months prior to our visiting and then he took us to a lot of houses which helped us define our search and decide where we wanted to live. Then we looked at more houses in those targeted communities with Bent. All through the process Bent was helpful and cooperative. i really can't say enough about how helpful he was. The house we eventually bought was one he found himself (for sale by owner). He also was extremely helpful in negotiating the sale and the closing. His advice was critical and helpful in all phases of the transaction ...I would VERY highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house or any kind of property.
My husband I had our home listed for sale by owner, as we have done successfully several times in the past, as our previous experiences with realtors had not been positive. When Bent came out to see our home for a client, he offered to list it for a rate that made it foolish for us not to give him the opportunity to sell it for us. He went above and beyond, not only when selling our home, but even more so with the hunt for our new home. He very patiently showed us many homes, was always on time, professional, courteous and helped us to not make hasty decisions that might have ended poorly. We can not say enough to convey our appreciation to him to make our transition a bit easier. A year or so later, he was instrumental in helping a dear elderly friend, who had just lost a spouse, list their home and find a buyer for it as well. Bent has always exuded professionalism, patience and a readiness to help in any way possible to make our transitions as easy as they can be.
