We met Benny in a pizza place! I heard him talking to another person about real estate. We were wanting to buy a house, and the one real estate person we talked to told us we needed to work on our credit and that was it. They never contacted us again Benny told us the best fit for us was to get a new build because it comes with alot of things you normally have to buy. They were also offering alot of incentives. He told us to go ahead and do the application. If it didnt go through, they had people that help get your credit where it need to be. We got approved a few days later because we had been working on our credit. Benny was there to answer any question I had, and called if I needed him to. He made us feel comfortable, and like we had known him our whole life. He was with us every step of the way. He even came over to see us right after we moved in. We lived in North Carolina and were moving back to Texas. Glenn somehow got in touch with Benny Dinsmore and told him he needed him to find him a house. Glenn Allen purchased the house where I still live with Benny's help. I am his sister Paula. I was his caregiver. I lived with Glenn for 17 yrs. I was with Glenn when he got the house. Glenn died on October 1st,2020. But Benny found the house my brother was looking for. house with a porch all around it and 2 fishing ponds on the land. My first impression of Benny Dinsmore lead me to believe that this is a very bright and positive individual. Upon the onset of the process, Benny met with sales manager to discuss the property. It was clear that he had a positive impact/influence during that particular meeting as it was related to me. I began the home buying process from out of state so, I was not present. The process continued very smoothly until the appraisal process was introduced. This process threw everything out of sync and resulted with an unjust result. I am a veteran so, a VA appraisal was requested. This was indeed a negative introduction to a "lighted and positive" process. However, "light ALWAYS overcomes darkness. As a result of the appraisal, the home that I had my sights set on was no longer an option. I thought to pause in order to re-gather myself but, oh no! Mr. Benny Dinsmore proceeded to unveil what was suspected (first impression). He proposed alternatives to proceed with the home buying process. He went beyond what should have been expected. Needless to say, about 30 days after the initial appraisal, I closed on an identical property within close proximity to the property that initiated everything. This " story" of only a snippet of my reality, an individual who has "walked" through trials is what needs to be known. Veterans and civilians alike needs to encounter individuals such as Benny to let you know that "good" still exists! This was absolutely a tested trial to prevail the 'light and good" that still exists regardless as to the conditions and atmosphere. I did not meet Benny until the day of closing.
