Buying a house for the first time is hard, Ben did everything he could to make it easy
This was my first time buying a house, mostly because I had repeatedly put it off as I was not looking forward to the process. Although the process still involved lots of ups and downs and complicated things to learn, Ben was there to support every step along the way. We had fun looking at all the different houses as we honed in on what I was really looking for. He was always educating me on the market trends and making sure I was equipped to make important decisions. When it came to making an offer, he was incredibly knowledgeable of what kind of offer to come in with and made sure I understood complicated things like gap coverage and the inspection process. I only had to put in 2 offers before I ended up under contract. Once I was under contract, Ben fought for me, negotiating with the seller to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. And then as I was leading up to closing and through closing, he had my back to make it as easy as possible.
Speaking candidly, he made the process not suck. It was even enjoyable most of the time. He had answers to all of my questions. He was a master negotiator with the seller. And on top of it all, he made sure I got the best house and best deal for me. New home is exactly what I wanted and have Ben to thank for it all.
PS: He works with super solid lenders too, I'd recommend going with them.
