Ben went above and beyond as our realtor. He’s always positive, professional and made it a smooth process. He’s a great communicator and experienced. He grew up in the Boise Idaho area and knows it well.

Ben is an AMAZING person and realtor! He and Sam helped us with every step, from dreaming about finding a place but not really knowing if it was possible through closing and beyond. He has come to personally help with to-do items and menial tasks. What other realtor is going to come help you move or bake cookies for open houses? All my experiences working with both Van Hoogens have been spectacular. They're down to earth and won't blow smoke. I would definitely recommend working together to sell your house or find your dream home!

Benj was absolutely amazing, very professional!! He sold my house extremely quickly and helped out so much while I was trying to move to another state and wasn’t available to be there during the process.
