From the moment we first met Ben he’s been so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, curious, and helpful to us. We started searching for a home a year ago and after showing us a few houses we were interested in, Ben helped us to decide on and put in our first offer. When we discovered that we could not purchase a home at that time due to our rental situation, he was very understanding and gracious, and wanted to come up with ways to help us. We decided it would be best to wait out our lease and build a home instead, and we were very grateful to have Ben there to help us forsee any pitfalls and to advocate for us with the home builder. Ben attended every one of our meetings and took meticulous notes, and helped us easily navigate the paperwork involved. Ben made sure that all communication ran directly through him so that he could help manage our situation to our best advantage. He was also very promt and courteous about checking in with us and with the builder all throughout the year-long process so we were always kept up to date. Ben was very good about forseeing any potential problems and making sure that we were in the best possible position always. He is very knowledgeable about the market and all the ins and outs, and generously shared his information with us so we could make the best decisions. Ben was at every meeting, and even attended our friends and family ceremony where we wrote messages and bible verses on the studs of our new house and said prayers over the building. He didn’t have to attend that, but he made the time to do so, and it made us feel very cared about and important. As long as he continues to be a realty agent, Ben will be our only choice if we ever need to purchase or sell a home. We cannot recommend him enough. He’s an A+++ agent!

We worked with Ben Phillips for almost exactly a year, and he was outstanding from the very first day. We originally reached out just to see one specific house, and Ben happened to be the agent assigned to it. He did not know us at all, but he made arrangements to meet us right away. That house turned out not to fit our needs, and instead of leaving it there, he immediately offered to show us several other homes in the area that he thought would be a better match. That responsiveness set the tone for everything that followed. Over the next year, every interaction with Ben was the same. As we transitioned from looking to buy to looking to build, he made it clear that his job was to handle communication between all the parties involved so we did not have to. We could bring anything to him and he would take care of wrangling everybody involved. He stayed on top of everything without us having to ask, which took an enormous amount of stress off of us. When issues or questions came up, and they did, Ben went to bat for us every time. He was willing to fight for what we wanted rather than just telling us how things had to be. If you are looking for an agent who is friendly, responsive, willing to genuinely advocate for you, and on top of the whole process. We couldn't recommend Ben more! Without hesitation!
