Having Ben as my realtor really helped me a lot throughout the home buying process. Being as it was my first home purchase, I was not nearly knowledgeable in what needed to be done and how to go about it. Ben walked me through each part of the process step by step and was able to talk me off the metaphorical cliff at times where I thought the process was over for me. He also helped to get the price to a manageable point for me after we ran into a tiny issue with closing costs, no questions asked. The most important part for me was that he was easily accessible any time I had a question or when I needed something done on my behalf.
