We were on a very tight budget but still had high expectations for our future home. Even with all of the limitations of our budget and the fact that our budget made it hard to find homes in our desired neighborhood, Ben consistently showed us amazing house after amazing house. After each showing we spent time with Ben to go over what we felt our best offer would be and on each house he was very upfront and honest with us, while still finding a way to put together an offer that fit our budget. I know there where a few houses that we offered that he had to know we had no chance on, but even knowing that he still went to battle for us and put in a strong offer for us. We would not be where we are today if it was not for Ben, and I mean that literally. We had a very tight window to get out of our townhome and into a new house, and Ben found a way to make it all work. He stuck with us when our mortgage lender ordered not one, not two, but three different inspections; all the while keeping us up beat and encouraged that everything was going to work out and in the end he was right.
