Benjamin Mixon became our realtor through "the luck of the draw" (we submitted a more info type request on a real estate site), but we could not have been more pleased with the great job he did for us! He made our purchase as easy as possible from walking the property with us with an app that gave the exact property lines to filling out our perc test request and making sure the property was well marked for when they arrived. He stayed in communication and addressed every question we had. There were three of us making the purchase, and we all agree that Benjamin went over and above, and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future - he genuinely cares about his clients, and we all definitely recommend him!

Ben was great. From start to finish, he communicated every step that was happening with us very well. He heard our concerns and understood what we wanted. His availability was also superb. Anytime we needed him, he was available. He was also never pushy or really trying to make a sale, his main objective was making sure it was something we wanted.
