In the past four years, Ben Martinez has been my Realtor three times. In terms of knowing realty law, he is way more knowledgeable than the average realtor. He's pretty intent on negotiating the best deal for his client, not just on property price, but on who will pay for inspections, repairs and the like. It's not enough for a realtor to just take you to look at pretty houses. Ben will be there every step of the way for you (even during the septic tank inspection!) I was buying a remodeled house, and Ben went to City Hall to make certain that the work was permitted. Thumbs up for Ben Martinez!
