Benjamin Lifto was a PERFECTLY capable real estate agent in the sale of our home and property in Crosby, ND. through the close of 2022 and into January, 2023. As we were of necessity out-of-state at the time, Benjamin visited the premises as needed, conducted an Open House, fielded interest and conducted the Sale negotiation highly responsibly and well. Professional and engaging, Benjamin maintained timely contact with us, answering all questions and concerns, and provided admirable energy and clarity in what might otherwise have been a painful process for us as it was difficult to give up our beloved "house on the prairie."
