Selling an investment property

This is our second experience using Ben as our realtor. I joke with him that he doesn't see problems, only "challenges" and "adventures". He is a forever optimist. He goes above and beyond in every possible way. When it came time to sell our investment properties, it wasn't even a thought of who we were going to call. We have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.
