Excellent Experience from Start to Closing!

Our selling experience with Ben could not have gone more smoothly! He is a master at managing home prep for selling and got our house ready to go on the market fast and flawlessly! Ben was very open with suggestions that would help our house stand out and catch buyer's eyes, but we always felt like we were in the driver's seat with decisions, big and small. Communication was open and timely, decisions were made and all the work moved forward. We had our first offer 6 days after listing and Ben helped us seal the deal! Very happy with the whole process, but especially the outcome as sellers! We wouldn't use anyone but Ben and Sonoran Estates!
