We couldn’t be happier and will recommend Ben to anyone looking for a home. He knows the area well, knows the trends, the local nuances about homes based on when and where they are built. The inspector and broker he connected us to were equally excellent. His colleague Joel had a clear timeline and checklist that helped us keep on track and not miss one thing. We did not think we could get this house - but Ben advocated on our behalf, was creative about solutions, introduced us to programs that helped, and created a real win-win in which the sellers are as happy as we are.
