I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Benita. This has been my 3rd house closed and my 4th under contract in 4 states. Benita has by far been the best to work with from knowing exactly what I like and what I need to getting it done. She is best in class. If you ever relocate to Norfolk/VA Beach area, Benita is your realtor.
