Benedicte was very professional. She knew the market, and helped me in so many ways. Benedicte several times came up with many problems from the buyers lenders and my HOA board. She was able to solve each problem. I really believe it’s she wasn’t there as my agent. My condo would have never closed. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
