If you are looking for an honest, no pressure realtor that is easy to work with, Ben is your guy. I could not be happier with the service I received from Ben. When searching for homes, Ben always did his research on the property and the surrounding area before each visit, and he gave an unbiased opinion when I asked for his advice. I never felt pressure from Ben to buy a house I wasn't totally in love with. As a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions on the home buying process. Ben took the time to answer every question I had and went above an beyond to make sure I was totally comfortable with my decisions. He also provided great references for home inspection and roofing companies, and made the effort to get quotes on my behalf, which saved me a lot of time. After I closed on my house, he continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied with the property and happily answered any follow-up questions I had. Ben was wonderful to work with and I will be reaching out him for any future real estate ventures.
