BenTackett has been quite helpful from the beginning of the buying process through the completion of the paperwork and beyond. He arranged for the inspection and survey, coordinated with the title company and found answers to numerous questions that arose along the way. All necessary steps were accomplished promptly and closing occurred quickly. He has continued to help even after closing with various details that had to be completed and several questions that came up afterward.
