Ben was an incredible agent! It was my first time purchasing a house and I had no idea what I was doing or how the process worked. Our first time meeting he came prepared with papers outlining the entire process from start to finish and was able to answer/address any questions or concerns that I had. He was also very transparent and knowledgeable on the Denver/Colorado real estate market, setting my expectations that it may take a couple offers before one is finally submitted. During the search process he was extremely quick with his communication. I had a great experience with Ben. I felt like the deck was stacked against me in this market as I was in competition with a lot of young couples that were arguably more motivated then me at finding a place quickly. This meant that at times when I put in an offer or attempted to, I was up against several other offers that were much more attractive than mine. I was also often late to viewings and even missed a viewing once. However, Ben rolled with the punches and showed no stress or frustration. He was very calm and deliberate in the proceedings around the offers I put in and in the end I landed the perfect place for me, in terms of price, location and the property itself. If he ever didn't know the answer to a question of mine, he would always research and find out the answer quickly which was very well-received. Ben always went the extra mile, not just in getting answers to questions, but on setting up a myriad of viewings within a short period of time. He always worked at my pace as well. He got to know the type of place I was looking for quickly and he would push me towards places that fit my desires and steered me away from places that were not good fits, even if I might have found a good quality or two about them. In the end I found a place that is ideal for me. It truly is a great place for me and I am so thankful for Ben's hard work in making it happen. Thanks so much Ben!!!
