My fiance's parents had used Ben's wife, Paula, as their agent in the past. They were extremely happy with her, and couldn't recommend her and Ben enough. So when my fiance and I decided to buy a house, they were the obvious choice. Ben became our agent because he was more knowledgeable about the area we were looking in, and we were very happy with him! In this market, houses were selling the same day that they went onto the market, and Ben made sure that we didn't miss out. Any time we'd send him a house that we were interested in, he'd immediately get us an appointment, no matter how last minute it was. He also sent us some houses that hadn't even come up on Zillow yet. Both Ben and Paula worked with us at times, which made is so much easier to figure out last-minute showings. It was already hard enough for my fiance and I to work out times that worked for both of our work schedules, especially when we had to view houses on the same day that we learned about them. Ben and Paula assured us that one of them would be available at any time that we wanted, so we could pick whatever showing times were most convinient for us. They were both knowledgeable and pointed out things about the houses that we would've missed, and gave realistic advice about the current state of the market. We had an offer accepted within a few weeks of when we started looking. Ben also has many contacts for inspections/repairs, and helped us to make the arrangements. I highly recommend using either Ben or Paula as your agent.
