Sold my beach house for top dollar

Ben came highly recommended from a friend due to his unique real estate investment background. Prior to selling I owned this home for over a decade as a long term rental but was ready for change. He shared numerous market analysis, showed us what short term rentals and long terms rentals were performing at in the area. Since my taxes had double and flood insurance was so expensive it made more sense to sell. Ben advised us to stage and paint the home before putting it up for sale. His resources and referral companies took care of everything start to finish. He hosted multiple open houses, provided buyer feedback, and ultimately secured a buyer which exceeded my expectations. We are so fortunate to have sold last year since prices keep falling in that area! We will be using Bens team again once we are ready to buy again.
