Ben was referred by an estate lawyer after my father passed away. My siblings are spread out: Two in Orlando, one in New Jersey and me in Virginia. As the executor of the estate, I was very dependent upon Ben's connections, experience and constant communication to coordinate major renovations to the house in order to maximize the sale. And Ben completely delivered. Ben managed the contractors, oversaw all work and negotiated through several offers above list price. Ben wore many hats to get us through a very challenging situation and will forever be considered a friend to my family.

His knowledge of realty and the Orlando area blew me out of the water. He is so fun to be around and is heavily involved in the Orlando community and various networks. We hit a few hiccups with appraisal and roof issues with our new home and I was a total nervous wreck but Ben worked his magic and made everything to work out in our favor. He is so fast with documents and emails I knew he was working hard during dinner hours and weekends for us. We cannot thank him enough and we HIGHLY recommend Ben to anyone looking for a highly skilled Realtor (and to make an amazing friend).
Ben is literally the BEST!!! He guided us from beginning to end with compassion and detail along every step of the way. We hit some big hiccups in our closing process, and Ben always had our back. When we had to switch lenders because of unforeseen circumstances with CoVid-19, he even got our builder to grant their preferred lender discount! I could go on and on about everything Ben did for us, including SHOWING UP for EVERY walkthrough, and especially for closing. If you are looking to buy anywhere in the Orlando area, don't waste your time by looking elsewhere or asking you friend who just got her real estate license to "help you out."
