Ben is the best for numerous reasons. One, he is upfront and honest about what it will take to sell your home. Two, he thinks of things others dont think of. From pics to creative strategies he is the best.

We had a difficult situation...Tenants we were trying to evict, we lived in a different state, the tenants had trashed the property, and I was handling all this for my disabled mother. Ben worked through everything with us. He was calm and patient and found multiple offers. He got us as much money as he could and worked tirelessly to get the closing done. I would 100% deal with him again in the future!
