Smart and competent

He showed up on time, did everything he promised to do and beyond. Ben sold my house in a timely matter, and negotiated a tough deal with a difficult buyer and agent. He was able to mediate at least two situations that could have disrupted the sale. I highly recommend Ben and would use him for future transactions.
