4 years ago Ben helped my wife & I buy our first home. We had such a positive experience with him that when we were ready to move on to our next home Ben was the first person we contacted. Ben and his team were was instrumental in assisting us through the complications of buying and selling a home at the same time. During the selling, Ben walked us through the best ways to present our home (both exterior and interior), he managed our expectations well, and did a great job marketing our house. During the buying process Ben was honest & knowledgeable with his assessments of the homes. During both the offer and inspection processes he asked many insightful questions and knew to look for things I would have never considered.
