Been helped us find and buy our first home, the home of our dreams! He was with us every step of the way, provided every bit of knowledge we needed to make good solid decisions. He went out of his way to make every contract needed to provide insight, experience, and suggestions. Ben came as a recommendation from a friend who is a mortgage broker and works with a lot of agents in the area. We were introduced on Saturday evening and he sent us over a list of properties within the hour after we explained what we were looking for. On Monday morning, he had looked into the top 3 that we had sent back and while 2 were already had applications in, he got a showing scheduled for noon and did a video walkthrough as we are moving from out of state. After the walktrhough we had the application turned in within the hour and had the lease signed that evening. He was super quick to respond to both us and the leasing agent over email and text, and the entire process was as pain free as can be.

His skilled communication and negotiation skills saved us a lot of money! He was very patient with difficult sellers. Always on top of details and conscientious on follow up.

We used Ben for services from out of state to find a home in San Tan Valley, AZ. After viewing homes with him for a week and going back home he had a good understanding of what we were looking for. One day a home came up we lived and he immediately went to location and filmed a movie on it. Sent it to us as we viewed from a Seattle. We were comfortable with his thoughts and made an offer from afar and closed on the deal 35 days later. Thanks Ben for all your help and responsiveness!

I have used Ben now for 3 closings in Phoenix Arizona area, one for a sale and two for purchases. His work ethic is 2nd to none and he goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly.
