Ben was introduced to the family by instamortgage. We chatted with him about our preference. The next day, Ben sent us 12 difference house pictures to choose from. We were confused as we fell for all the houses he suggested. A tour was scheduled. After a well professionally executed tours, the family finally agreed on one house.
