Working with Ben was a dream. He asked for the budget in the beginning and made sure to only show me things that I could afford. We talked every day during the process so that he truly knew my needs and wants when it came to getting into our home. Through his work we saw multiple homes and he never pressured me on any. Never once did I feel I had to put an offer in on a home that I didn't love. Throughout the process there were a couple but Ben made sure I never made an offer that would put me above the budget I had set for myself. Bottom line Ben is the only agent I will trust whether buying or selling. I know he will take care of my family and I and do what is best for us! Ben is simply the best! He is dedicated to his job and worked tirelessly to find us a wonderful house in this crazy market.
