I have know Ben for a number of years and can personally vouch for his integrity and character. He's recently facilitated in the sale of my most recent home and I have to say that he has been by far the most competent and thoughtful Realtor I've ever used. He was firm at negotiation and most importantly is VERY quick to respond to my questions and relaying information from the buyer's agent. I highly recommend Ben Bond as trustworthy reliable Agent.
