Ben was excellent to work with especially considering our circumstances. We were selling a property in Golden Colorado and then would be purchasing two properties One in Steamboat and one in Fort Collins Colorado. Of the many challenges including a tight market, our focus for which location would be our primary home Steamboat or Fort Collins kept shifting. Ben was quick to adapt and also quick to be patient and say that's okay this is all part of the process. Can't wait to get to Steamboat!
