Unusual situation, Had worked with Ben before and wanted him again. Had opportunity to purchase & renovate a condo. Brought Ben in even before purchase. He OK-ed the purchase as a good one. During renovation he stopped-in frequently to check on progress and discuss various matters. After property listed, consulted with my partner and me regarding which offer to accept. In owner-market got approximately 20% higher price than listed. Partner and I very satisfied! Highly recommend him.
