In simple transactions, she has the personality and professionalism to make real estate deals pleasant, smooth, and rewarding for all parties. In more challenging transactions, Belinda has the knowledge and experience to help keep your deals on the right track. To the extent you need, she assists with locating lenders to aid your purchase, acting as a liaison between mortgage officers, underwriters, title companies, appraisers, insurers, builders, contractors, inspectors, surveyors, and other agents. Her depth of knowledge means she acts proactively and fairly in her client's interests to ensure that even seemingly impossible hang-ups are quickly smoothed over so that the transactions can proceed. I've never met another agent who can or is willing to work this hard for any customer. Among the transactions where she was our agent, we have experienced problems with seller negotiations, sometimes with mortgage brokers, sometimes with underwriting, and sometimes with contractors and appraisers. In EVERY instance, Belinda was right on top of every detail, assuring that all parties received what was needed to conclude a timely deal. In most cases, without her knowledge and intervention, deals would have been at dire risk of falling through. Given the importance of real estate transactions, failure of any deal can be heartbreaking as well as a potential financial burden.
