My realtor, Ms. Belinda Reese, at Samson Property Realty, did a wonderful job in helping me to sell my Mother’s condo. I am so thankful for her kindness, her vast knowledge of realty, her trust and honesty, her explanations of all the details and documents involved in this sale, her helpfulness to me to decide on a good sale price, her own help by planting several flowers by the front door after I had cleared out the flower beds, keeping me abreast of not only the possible buyers but also informing me about other homes for sale in the community and how they compared to Mom’s condo. Also, last but not least, she supported me by attending the sale meeting at the seller’s title company. I absolutely recommend her completely to anyone needing to sell or buy a home.
