Let me start off with how grateful and amazed I am on Belindas professionalism and patience!! Our journey with house buying was really special and Belinda not only brought our huge family (5 adults and 11 kids!!) house hunting but made sure we all got to see different options and was attentive with what we were looking for in a house. She found us exactly what we were looking for. Our home is beyond what we dreamed of and it would of not been made possible without her help and guidance. She was helpful during the purchase and is always available even after. We are beyond grateful with Belinda she is truly a blessing and one of a kind realtor!
I am so grateful to Belinda and the CCM team who were able to make my dream of becoming a homeowner a reality. When I first called Belinda I really didn’t know what to expect, my credit wasn’t great and it wasn’t my first time trying to buy a home, but Belinda told me about programs that were available for me and was able to put a team together to make it happen. It took a few months, close to a year, but that was no problem, it gave me enough time to work on my credit and save up. Now, I work in Tulare which is about an hour or so away from Bakersfield (which is where the CCM office is located), that would have been almost a problem if I had to make trips to sign papers or make an appearance of any kind. Not in this case, in fact, the only time I saw Belinda was when we went house hunting. We took a look at 4 houses on a Friday morning just before my shift started and I fell in love with the 4th one, the other 3 were okay, but just not for me. I said ‘this is the one, I want this one.’ Belinda put in an offer and got bad news the next day that an offer was already made and accepted. We talked for a bit and she lined up another 4 houses for the following Friday and again, were ok, just not for me. We agreed for the following Friday to look at the houses. Monday night while at work, I get a call back from Belinda ‘Hey Rudy, it’s Belinda, call me back!!’ I was in a panic because I thought something went wrong somewhere on my end. As soon I heard it, I called right away. ‘The house on ….. are you still interested?’ ‘Of course I am!’ She knew what I wanted and what I was looking for. We put in the offer and now, I’m sitting in a beautiful house that is way too big and taking forever to decorate because of the options I have of doing whatever I want because it’s mine and if anyone wants to know what that feels like they need to talk to Belinda Estrada at CCM because she made that happen. Always a pleasure to leave a review because I am forever thankful.

Belinda made my first home buying process alot less stressful, from the paperwork to getting our keys. She was so flexible and set showings around my crazy work schedule, very professional every veiwing until we found the one, she really listened to our wants and needs when recommending homes. The constant communication was amazing, we never felt like we were in the dark, even if it was a text with a quick update, it was really appreciated. She is AMAZING! Belinda is an incredible relator and the best relator I have ever worked with. Belinda was able to easily assist us in selling one of our properties. She kept us informed throughout the process and went above and beyond what was required to close the deal. In addition to our hectic work schedule, she was extremely flexible, scheduling calls and meetings and working around our hours. My only regret is that I did not meet or work with her sooner. I intend to continue working with Belinda for all of my real estate needs in the future.
