As I was starting my housing search, Belinda actually found me. At first, I was looking for a property to rent, and she was very helpful and willing to work with me on that and showed me a few properties. She mentioned on a few occasions what the advantages to buying a home were (vs. renting). I slowly came around to the idea of buying and also looking at places to purchase. Throughout that process, Belinda made it super easy for me to search for properties that fit my wish-list. I should also mention that my wish-list is not a small or simple one, and it meant a lot to me, how patient she was with me and my peculiarities. Belinda also put me in touch a with a great mortgage lender, who was likewise very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. By the time we found the place that I would eventually buy, she knew me well enough to know that I was going to like the house, before I had even gotten there. Throughout the process of bidding, counter-offering, pre-approvals, inspections, and finally closing, she was always there, always helpful, and very knowledgeable on the process and gave great advice for the steps i should take. After I closed on my new home, I could tell she was genuinely happy and excited for me. I already have, and will continue to, recommend her anyone i know looking for a realtor. I'm all done buying for now, but she still takes an interest in myself and some of her other previous clients and I'm happy and proud to call her my friend. I give her 5 out of 5 stars. I don't think of Belinda as a agent, I think of her as a friend. She became our agent a little over a year ago, and she worked with my husband and I until we found the perfect home. My brother recommended her to us, and I couldn't be more happy that he did. From day one day she was a blessing to us. We found our perfect home, and I thank God for this wonderful experience.
