From the minute we met her, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She came prepared with all comps, with other companies listings, and the best way to go about getting the best results for our situation. She even went out of her way to keep us posted on the activities of the house, while we were out of the country on the other side of the world. Her communication skills are outstanding, and you never have to chase her. She won’t stop working even until after the job is done. Our situation was such, that she even helped us out with clearing the house in order to get it listed. Helped with estate sales, garage sales, and donations. We can not recommend anybody else with all this undertaking other than Behnaz. We are forever thankful and grateful to her, and she has become family!
